learndirect scotland is developing a range of learning materials to enable learning centre staff to effectively engage and address the needs of specific socially excluded groups.

The materials will use case study scenarios to highlight good and bad practice in dealing with clients, and will provide the opportunity to test your understanding with a "what would you do" scenario.  Signposting to resources and specific support organisations to assist with specialist needs will also be provided.
