How to create a marketing plan

To make the best use of your resources, your marketing campaigns should fit into an overall plan and play a part in helping you to meet your centre’s objectives.

 

Writing a marketing plan sounds like it could be a bit of a headache. But if you keep it simple, you can create one in a matter of hours. Think of it as a working document that will help you to focus on developing a concise plan and provides a useful framework for all your marketing activity. 

 

Remember, if the document is for your own use, the content matters more than how it’s written – you can just list your thoughts as bullet points.
