Space Planning

Good space planning is important as it ensures you have an organised centre with consideration given to each department or function. Consider the following:

  1. the number of visitors you are likely to have
  2. arrange the centre into distinct areas.
  3. see how these areas overlap
  4. check power and data points as well as lighting.
  5. consider floor finishes and colour schemes

A well laid out area will enable you to deliver different activities according to your customer. The main areas to consider are as follows:

  • reception area
  • learning zone
  • breakout
