The reception area is vitally important as it is your meet and greet area. It should be free from clutter as this reflects on your centre. Remember the reception is often a visitors first impression, it requires discipline to maintain a clean and professional outlook.



The reception is also your ‘shop window’ to the world, so think in retail terms when displaying material. You have an opportunity to show off what you do to passers by. If you are not on a high street location you can still make good use of this transient space by having posters and literature dispensers.
