How does your learning centre register for the tasters?

• identify which tasters are appropriate to your learning centre
• upload taster description(s) to the NLOD using the PROMT tool.  Ensure that the course title is of the format:

1. Care Taster
2. Construction Taster
3. Construction Small Business Management Taster
4. Creativity Taster
5. Return to Study Taster
6. Return to Work Taster
7. Teleskills Taster
8. Time Management Taster
9. Toursim Taster

• set the ILA Scotland status to "Requested" and ensure that the costs inc. and ex VAT are entered.  You must ensure that you manually set the course and opportunity to a status of active
  
• new courses will be quality checked by Information Services and you will be notified of any changes required.  Email infoservices@learndirectscotland.com if you have any queries 
  
• once the tasters have been approved your can order promotional material and authorisation codes from your LDO. 
  
• the promotional material will only be available to ILA Scotland registered providers once the tasters are registered on the NLOD as ILA Scotland approved learning centres
  
• prices and formats for the tasters can be determined by you.
