PROMT, the Provider Opportunity Management Tool, is the software product that allows providers to manage their learning opportunities held in the national learning opportunities database (NLOD).
Learning opportunities in the database are viewed by thousands of visitors each year via the learndirect scotland websites. PROMT enables providers to enter, maintain and publish course and opportunity information on the database. PROMT synchronises with the exisiting data and providers can create new courses or edit details of existing courses.
Once we receive your updated information, your provider manager will check the details to ensure they meet our guidelines. When this has been done, your changes will be published live on the learndirect scotland website.
