PDA Learning Centre Operations

This is a nationally recognised qualification awarded by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).  The award is delivered in 3 units as follows:

• Unit 1 - Provide initial information for learners
• Unit 2 - Provide support for learners
• Unit 3 - Maintain the learning centre environment

The PDA is designed to be achieved online with the support of a nominated work based mentor and an occupationally competent assessor.

Target Audience
This PDA is aimed at operational learning centre staff who also offer support to learners in their learning centre.
