The Pledge Toolkit
provides information and guidance for centres on the 10 points of the Pledge to Learners, together with ideas for evidence requirements and descriptions from some centres on how they are meeting its specific points.
Examples of staff from a very wide range of different centres across Scotland, describing these and explaining what they do is provided in written form and through a DVD.

Evidence File for Learning Providers
If you have been given approval to be a learndirect scotland branded learning centre you will need to provide evidence that you are continuing to meet the quality standard and statements set out in the Pledge to Learners. This evidence file should be available at your learning centre for spot checks at any point by learndirect scotland.
